Using our 5 axis router we can produce three dimensional hi grade marine ply aerofoil sections for both inner bulkhead and precision fit outer clamping frames, commonly used for the testing of complex aerodynamic structures including aircraft wings and wind turbine blades. These are able to withstand extreme static and dynamic loading and offer the advantage of evenly distributed structural loading and increased friction to the outer surface.

Production of high grade three dimensional block profiles suited for highly loaded applications. Examples include boat hull cradles for lifting and transportation, internal bulkheads for laminate structures and external precision aerofoil profiles for clamp attachment during extreme load testing of aircraft wings and wind turbine blades.

Using high grade marine ply combined with a resin coating technology these can withstand extreme weathering conditions and hostile environments without suffering deformation or degradation to the manufacturing tolerances.
